This is the version number of the printer extension file (the file that allows your Macintosh to print documents with a PostScript printer).
Displays the paper size, page layout per sheet, and page orientation selected for printing your document.
Selects the size of paper to be used for printing your document.
Sets the number of pages to be printed on each sheet of paper. You can print one page per sheet, two pages per sheet, or four pages per sheet.
To print a reduced or enlarged copy of your document, type a percentage of reduction or enlargement here. For example, 100% yields actual size, 50% yields half size, 200% yields double size.
When this icon is selected, your document is set up so that it is oriented for portrait (tall) printing.
